Made in Collaboration with Toppling Goliath, Citra & Simcoe hops
Pours a very hazed straw color with a thumb+ of tight eggshell colored head. Very good lacing & above average head retention
S: Papaya, guava, green melon, fades a touch as it warms
T: Pineapple, mango, lime & some dryness up front. Pineapple, Kiwi Fruit & dryness as this warms, a little lime too, oranges as well. Finishes with lime, a little pineapple & dryness, plus a touch passion fruit
MF: Medium body, fairly creamy carbonation, nice balance
Easy to drink, pretty tasty, but had higher hopes for this one
