Unclear what the hop pedigree is here, but it's incredibly juicy and more than a little dank - a natural, earthy, pungent dankness more like overripe fruit and pine resin than weed, but still with plenty of resemblance to the latter.
Strong impression of guava on the nose, along with melon, tangerine, and lemon zest. Flavor follows, bringing along more dankness. There's even a slight sharpness to the sweetness, not quite citric acid-sharp, but close enough to amplify the impression of juicy tropical fruit. Bitterness is moderate to high.
This is an absolute flavor bomb, and really impressive.

Pours a slightly hazed gold with a thumb of pearl colored head. Sheets of lacing & good head retention
S: Guava, passion fruit
T: Follows the nose, pretty dry, a little tangerine & green melon & pomelo up front. More passion fruit, pomelo, dryness & lime once this beer warms up. Dryness, pineapple & lime meld with passion fruit & a kiss of guava
MF: Medium body, dialed back carbonation; nice balance
Fruity/tropical IPA, not sure about the DIPA, does seem a little more hefty than 6.0. Fun, with great drinkability
