This one really surprised me. I was expecting a more lager taste. But this one is nice. Poured a nice clear golden color. Smell has a creamy aroma. Taste is very smooth and buttery with a hint of vanilla. This is a nice easy drinking and favorful beer. I will be getting this again.

a basic but tasty cream ale, on the lighter side of the spectrum, quite dry and crisp, which i love in the style, and a nice patio pounder type overall, even if its a little bit uneventful compared to a lot of the other beers these guys make. pale yellow, quite clear, and without much head on it from the tap. aroma here is clean. with some grassy hops at the end, a soft tea note, and a faint corny element to the grain, basic but appealing, just smells like beer. the flavor is similarly mellow and balanced, without a whole lot going on, but an obvious crispness and fast finish that makes it refreshing and really drinkable. i wish it had a little more carbonation, but it stays light and lively even at a moderate carbonation level. there is a light floral aspect to the hops which makes it seem right for the season here, and a light cereal thing to the grain, not boring just light. overall a really mild beer, even for the style, but another decent lighter brew from these guys, seems like they have a half dozen or so beers that all sort of scratch this same itch. my lady and my dad both dug it too.

Pours a medium gold with a bit of haze, white head with fair retention. Aroma is mostly malt with an element of corn, but not DMS. No hop aroma. Flavor is more bready malt, with a soft fruitiness and low floral/fruity hop character. Medium-high carbonation, with light and creamy mouthfeel. Finishes pleasantly dry.

On tap at Cole brewpub. Perfect cream ale. Hazy golden body with long lasting creamy head. Velvety mouthfeel, slightly sweet aroma and taste. One of their better brews.
