This single malt, single hop brew is made with 100% Idaho pale malt, fresh hopped with an amazing monster of an experimental variety from Jackson Hop Farms in Wilder, Idaho. This pale ale allows the character of its ingredients to shine through and be celebrated. Whole fresh cones were added during the brewing process, giving this beer a floral, fruity, very tropical aroma. It has a fresh citrus flavor and a light malt profile making it very easy drinking.

Draft at the brewery tonight... Pours a hazy pale orange... Clingy white head... sudsy with nice lacing... Nose is pretty big for a fresh hop beer, fruity and a light citrus/floral hoppiness. Flavor is surprisingly bitter.. Hops come out swinging hard with a pithy citrus and some background grassiness... Pale maltiness is there just to help temper the big hop bitterness.... Light body and pretty drinkable... I will buy it again.
