Fermented in a Chardonnay barrel with both Hefe and wild yeast and Williamson Orchard apricots.

Hazy orange brew with no real retention or lacing... Chardonnay barrel comes off as buttery diacetyl and covers up most of the apricot and sour notes. Too bad, I really wanted to like this one.. But right now, it is a buttery disaster.
