Draft at CopenRoss. Pale straw color, hazy AF, small, tight white head. Aroma doesn't give much away, very light citrus, but taste comes in with a bang. Sharp, tart lemon peel flavors, coupled with the champagne yeast gives this a dry, sweet, citrusy character that sticks around for a while. Juicy, but like lemon juice, not orange juice.
