Tasty experimental single hop ipa. Taster at Bardenay distillery in Boise. Not hazy and clear like a full lager. There is a fruity but held back layer of ripeness. The taste is super crisp and light at first but then gets acquired. Feel is smooth like a biting Pilsner but has a fruity aftertaste. Overall quite surprised.
