Interesting; not as bright as the El Dorado version in my opinion, this might be an older can I guess. Darker golden pour bordering on bronze, with a big off-white head. Smooth, biscuity malt base brings a bready and caramelly quality. The hop profile is more subtle than I expected, though this is just a 4% pale, earthy and piney, maybe some lemongrass. A smooth, easy drinker.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Deep golden cloudy pour, sturdy layer of off-white foamy, lacing. Aroma is light piney hops and subtle caramel malts. Hops are more pronounced in the taste, piney, bitter, mellow caramel malts holding it all up. Really nice showcase for the Galaxy hops
