On tap at the brewey on Cole Rd. Reconsidering this after a year, much better tripel than originally rated. Big and buttery, malt, savory spice, slick and smooth.

Interesting yellow color with minimal white head that laces the glass, but the aroma is fruity and malty. Grapefruit and orange flavors with a smooth maltiness that does not reflect the high alcohol content. Carbination of a light beer, with complex fruit and malt, yet very light hops. I like hops, my buddy not so much. He prefers light craft beers (ales and wheat beers), but he has been seeking this beer out- as have I. Sold at a local famous Boise pizza joint (flying pie) as Tripple Pi Ale, is also sold at Sockeye and Solid in Boise as the Big Creek Trappist ale. It is fantastic, but dangerous.
