Another Idaho handcrafted great tasting beer. Very drinkable with a refined hoppiness. Carbonation is not heavy, and the flavor profile is balanced with some complexity. It doesn't have IPA hoppiness, but you can taste the Italian Hopp emphasis. Very nice!

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Clear golden pour, a tad on the dark side, fizzy, foamy head settles out. Sweet, malty aroma. Taste is sweet, biscuity, leading to a subdued crispness and finishes a touch dry. Really tasty and easy to drink.
