This unique take on Doppelbock uses ultra premium German malts and employs a cold extraction technique on the dark grain for a more flavorful, lighter bodied, and drier take on the style than is customary, expect earthy roasty notes up front giving way to a nutty and bready middle, with a very crisp finish thanks to extended lagering time, brewed and named in honor of our owner.
