Collaboration brewed with the input of the BrewDog Glasgow staff. Took regular Chew Chew, added raspberries, and beefed up the ABV to 10%.

#COLLABFEST 2015 beer where 21 different breweries teamed up with the 21 different BrewDog bars to make a collaboration beer, this one is between BrewDog Glasgow and Fallen. A raspberry, salted caramel, imperial stout.
L: A middle-tone brown. Almost like a latte-colour.
S: Raspberries, caramel, toffee, chocolate. Exactly what one could expect from its name.
T: Didn't meet the expectation from the smell. Raspberries taste kind of artificial. Salt for the 'salted caramel' not very present. But, the (artificial) raspberry works well with the stout-ness.
F: Unique, right amount of carb, sweetness kinda cloys to an extent.
O: An interesting brew. Raspberry+caramel+stout may not seem like they go together, but they have great potential. If the raspberries didn't taste as seemingly artificial as they did to me, this would be top-notch. Glad to have tried it regardless.
