Served in a seidel, it pours a nice brown, slightly reddish, hazy, with a thin head with no retention. Lots of carbonation.
Interesting bouquet. Caramel, brown sugar, toffee, cinnamon, nut, vanilla.
The flavor follows the nose, but It feels as if the complexity reduced and a few notes spiked, namely nut and vanilla. Very sweet beer, only a delicate bitter note is perceptible.
The finish is just the fading continuation of the flavor, and a short one.
High carbonation, perhaps just a tad excessive. Light body yet slightly silky.
This is beer is ok, but the flavor ended up being flat and lacking length.
