The Summer Bock beer is a bottom fermented beer with a deep golden color. The combination of different malts gives this beer an initial light malty flavor developing into a gentle caramel flavor. It has a slightly hoppy character due to using two varieties of German aroma hops, the famous Hallertauer and Tettnanger hop varieties. A perfect beer for the summer.
