Hop Backed Chinook Ale pours a dark brown color with no head at all. There is a mellow straw and earthy floral aroma. The taste has a nice hop flavor, very unique, its a earthy hop that is more sweet. Very very flat body. Overall it has a unique taste, but the flatness really takes away.
