Never heard of this before. Maybe it's new? Whenever I see a new beer, I will buy and try. The next ambition of my life is to reach 500 reviews, currently on 401 ; )

It's rather expensive. Even more than a Chimay Bleu or Rochefort 10. Hopefully it's good, let's find out.

Delightful appearance. Head is perfect and smooth. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, perfect also.

Aroma is quite weak. Just some light musky bitterness. I never had a beer before that looks so good, with such a low aroma...

Taste unfortunately is also very light. I just drank a Radeberger, my favourite German pilsner, and this may look better, but is competely inferior in terms of aroma and taste. It has some light bitterness that kind of engulfs the initial flavour and the after taste, as opposed to coming in at the start or the end...it just stays in the background. But is there anything in the foreground? Not really. All of the flavours are in the background. It doesn't really taste unfiltered and unpasteurized...I can't really detect any interesting yeasty flavours at all...everything is very light. Mouth feel is smooth for sure. Very smooth. Creamy nearly, due to the amazing head that literally never leaves the glass. It has by far the smoothest and most beautiful head that I have ever seen in a pilsner.

As it warms up and settles, the hops become a bit more noticeable. They are kind of sweet and subtle. No Radeberger bitter punchiness. Perhaps this is for more of a refined gentleman, as opposed to Putin who loves Radeberger, and me too. The malt tastes subtle, slightly sweet and light.

I'm happy for the man on the label who smiles as he drinks. Though for me, considering it is 3 times the price of Radeberger and Krombacher, and worse, I don't smile quite so much.

A few extra points for stealing Grosch's cork thing...Grolsch used to be great 20 years ago and is now terrible, so I'm pretty happy that finally another brewer is doing the same thing...it's perfect if you only want half a bottle of beer, or if you pass out half way through.

Cerveza de carbonatación y cuerpo medio. Aroma herbáceo y a malta. Sabor agradable, equilibrado.
