The beer of my youth! Well, at least my first tour in Germany! From the 0,33l bottle, it pours a clear golden color with a modest white head that diminishes to a nice ring. The nose gets pleasant grain, followed by the mouth getting a clean grainy malty flavor. Ahhh....

One of my favorites from my arrival in Germany, and still a good bet. Right square in the middle of a pack with a not-too-strong flavor, and decent aroma. Easy to find in the Rheinland-pfalz area.

Appearance- A little bit of an orange gold color. There was some real nice lace the head was alright while it lasted.
Smell- Very sweet sort of like Turkish delight. That is definitely from the malt.
Taste- It has a bitter sour but at the same time very malty sweet taste. The flavor beomes more beany an earth like as you drink it. It has a cereal aftertaste.
Mouthfeel- Light for the most part a little bit fizzy.
Drinkability- Pretty good it is not going to be my new regular or anything.
