Appearance: Poured from the 500mL can into a pint glass. The beer is a light gold/straw color with a 2 finger pure white head.
Smell: Grainy, grassy, slightly sour, slight crackery note.
Taste: Grassy up front with no metallicness. Slightly soapy in the midpalate, with a fleeting sweetness of honey.. Finishes with a ight grainy maltiness which wraps things up nicely... not quite clean, but pleasant. This is a little better than most euro pale lagers, or so my bulgarian-accustomed tastebuds tell me.
Mouthfeel: Not watery, but still light to lightly medium body. Not quite crisp, but pleasant on the tongue.
Drinkability: This is a good session. Not offensive, and still has some taste around (relative to style).

This brew seems to be made for the Itialian market, and I seem to find it in every supermarket that I visit. Although labeled as a 'pils', it's clearly a simple, everyday, european lager. The beer is a light yellow color with a fizzy, soda-pop head. It's crystal clear, and moderately carbonated. There's a bit of sweetness and some grain in the foretaste, although the aroma has a touch of hops and not much else. The beer finishes clean and fairly crisp, but is otherwise uninteresting. Light in body, and fairly low in carbonation. Not much of an exciting brew.
