Poured a nice semi-cloudy amber with a thin white head that dissipated quickly but left nice lacing down the glass. A good looking IPA at the least. Scent is very subdued, almost absent, but what is present are aromas of orange juice and orange peel. Not a bad aroma, but I wish it was stronger. Flavor begins with the usual bitter hop flavors, citrus peel, orange peel, slight orange flesh and pine resin are all on display. As the sip progresses slight floral hop flavors and grain appear, especially on the finish. Aftertaste carries on I this fashion with some bitterness. Pretty good, true to style but lacking the complexity of other IPAs. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a resinous mouthfeel. Not bad, true to style. Overall this is a decent IPA, that is fairly true to style, but not an outstanding example of the style.

 

 

Very good IPA, hop focused through the aroma and flavor with a fair amount of bitterness. Most to style than their that'll do IPA. Fair amount of alcohol and hop bitterness level was right where it should be for style. Very easy drinking IPA. Golden color.
