Had lunch and a pint today with Da Boss at the Uptown Plaza location for $6.00.
Beer was served dark brown with a nice tan head.
Nose was a nice mildly roasted malt with a hint of chocolate.
Taste was a moderate roasted malt base, some chocolate, a healthy dose of lactose and enough hopping to balance the brew nicely.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly smooth from the flaked oats.
Overall this another nice Huss beer that presents a good representation of the style.
