Poured into a Sam Adams custom grip goblet: color is gold and hazy/not clear, head is light tan with fine bubbles and presents 1/4 inch thick, then dissipates to solid thin top, spotty lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is sweet malt, some candied notes, light citrus, some honey.
Taste is candied malt and hops, light citrus, honey, some biscuit; booziness is hidden well.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness (for style); no ester burn.
Overall a sweeter DIPA with light malt and bitterness, some hazy like characteristics and the ABV is hidden well.
