Groundswell is in a poorer part of San Diego, OK by day. Across from 3Punk. Decent friendly people who can drink in he middle of the day, decent amount of taps, all guest at this time. Closed and reopend successfull enough.

Low key taproom. Less bar atmosphere and more community atmosphere. They have the usual smattering of games and an assortment of seating arrangements. This place is easy to miss going by.
Beer is fine, nothing that'll blow your mind. The service is friendly and glassware is clean.
Not a place worth seeking out, but certainly will due if you're in the neighborhood and want a brew.

Small brewery in what looks like a mixed retail/ industrial condo. U-shaped bar to the right of the entry seats about a dozen with a few tables about the room. There were quite a few bar-game in the room, giving the place a communal feel. 10 assorted beers on tap, I had the Falling Objects which was very nice. Fast, friendly service.
