The beer is pitch black with a nice foamy tan head. The beer has a nice coffee and chocolate aroma. The flavor is a strong coffee flavor that adds a nice bitterness. Then you get a hint of a sweet chocolate caramel like flavor that fades into the bitterness quickly. The beer is very creamy and smooth.
