A: Brett funk, very light wine-like note with a moderate sour finish.
A: Light golden, totally clear, almost no head – just a very faint ring.
T: Very light malt flavor that gives way to a bit of oak and moderately sour finish.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation. There is moderate acidity on the palette.
O: Pretty solid, could use a little more body. Furthermore, the taste is more acidic than the aroma lets on.
