A: Citrusy hoppy aroma that is quite fragrant with a lightly sour finish.

A: Bright straw color, opaque, with a very thin ring of head.

T: Moderate citrusy hops upfront that is followed by a saison like base with a wheat/pale malt flavor that is slightly sweet with a slight herbal finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. There is very little acidity on the palette.

O: Pretty solid; the El Dorado dry-hopping really accentuates the saison base. There is a slight herbal note on the finish that becomes more pronounced as the beer warms. While the malts work well with the dry-hopping and barrel aging, the beer could be better without the slight herbal note.
