A: Balanced hop and malt aroma. Slightly sweet malt character that is accentuated by a moderate peach skin essence.
A: Golden color, totally clear with a very thin ring of head.
T: Clean balance of malt and hops, there is a slightly sweet caramel malt note that works well with the moderate peach skin essence on the finish. The beer finishes extremely dry.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Really solid; The beer’s light citrusy and well balanced character really works well with peach skin essence. The beer finishes extremely dry, which is a bit odd when working with fruit. The beer could be even better with a juicer finish.
