This is our lightest beer we offer. Our Golden Ale is lightly dry hopped with Cascade hops to lend a slightly sweet and floral aroma. This beer is good for any occasion.

From the growler via the brewery which will close by weeks end; this
nice ale pours a luminous amber tinged golden color with a nice head of
white foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin pool, and features nice light
lacing, Nose of citrus laden hops as well as sweet citrus and caramel malts with a
touch of grain notes. Flavors exceed the nose with a firm presentation of honey malts
tossed with light caramel and citrus touched hops and light grains with a touch of
herbal qualities that are lightly floral. Like a Belgian golden crossed with an American
blonde ale it features a medium carbonation that is lively, lightly dry finish that is subtly
sweet, and a light hop note. Perfect for some grilling, shame that this is the last of it we
shall have. A keeper of a recipe----hopefully the brewer takes this one with him and opens
a restaurant brewery that is worthy of the suds that this fine establishment has produced.
Cheers

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving lots of lacing on the surface and a dense collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sweet, pale malts are present in the nose along with notes of lemony hops.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste starts off with a subtle bit of sweetness and has underlying notes of pale malts and hints of lemony hops.
M: It feels medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Normally I'm not a big fan of blonde ales, but I thought that the lemony hops in the aroma and flavor were interest and peaked my interest while I was drinking it.

Decent Blonde Ale, regrettably not memorable.
