Big nutmeg and clove in aroma. There's not much pumpkin character to note.
Flavor is similar, overly spiced, with a perfume-like finish. Not my kind of pumpkin ale. Base beer is a bit maltier than a blonde.

A friend brought over a growler of Sell Out to a party. I tried pumpkin ales from Samuel Adams and Dogfish earlier this year. This is my favorite pumpkin ale. I think they got the spices right.

The best pumpkin beer I've had this season and certainly among the best I've ever had. The spice level is enough to let you know you're drinking a pumpkin ale, but not over the top.
