From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This delectable brew pours a dark muddled blackish
brown with an excellent head of light tan foam that settles to a thick fluffy layer with
excellent lacing. Nose of roasted nuts, light char, and dark sweet malts with light cocoa.
Flavors hit the perfect notes with roasted nuts, light marshmallow, light cream, cocoa,
and sweet toffee. Excellent mouth feel; medium full body, medium carbonation, rich,
lightly sweet, and lightly dry on the finish.
Overall----THIS IS A FANTASTIC STOUT!
Cheers

Can poured into a teku glass. Dark brown around the edges but opaque black center. Initially about 1/2 a finger of light khaki foam, which bubbled down to a film after a few minutes. Nose is cocoa powder, lactose, roasted nuts, vanilla, and maybe a bit of burnt caramel. Not too strong of an aroma, and there is a sugary, syrupy aspect to the smell that reminds me of Pepsi or something. The taste has many of the same characteristics, but with a more pronounced nuttiness, especially on the back end. But, there are also those notes of cocoa, cream, chocolate, and vanilla. This is one of those weird beers that tastes best a couple seconds after you swallow. The feel is light for the style, sticky, syrupy, and carbonated. It thickened up a little as it warmed but was just lacking a bit IMO.
Overall, not bad but not great. My favorite part of this was definitely the nutty character of the taste. On the downside, the nose and feel were too much like a cola for me to really enjoy.

Sneaky, over proof stout with a mix of nut flavors. Dark, mahogany color, low carbonation, heavy mouthfeel (high residual sugar)

This needs some flavor; the nuts do not come through at all.
A good base Milk Stout.
