Pours an opaque dark brown almost black color with khaki colored head. Roasted malt, chocolate, oats, and light coffee notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Full bodied. Finishes with oats, chocolate, and roast.

Aroma is dark malts, fruit/dark fruit and slightly vinous. The flavor is dark malts, chocolate, fruit, mildly vinous and a long and very acidic finish.
