12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/24/2016. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, light pepper, light lemon/pear/apple, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, light pepper, light lemon/pear/apple, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Minimal dryness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/grainy mouthfeel that is good. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a good blonde ale. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. Was hoping for a bit more hop presence, but it is a good style example otherwise. A nicely enjoyable offering.

I poured this from a bottle into a clear teardrop glass. It pours a slightly hazy golden with a 2 finger whitehead. I taste grain and hops. Very little sweetness here. It's ok. It blows away most all big commercial beers, but doesn't match up to most craft beers.

12 oz. bottle, poured into pint glass on 9/10/15.

Poor's well decent amount of foam, blonde ale that has a stale smell.

I wasn't expecting this to be good but wanted to try due to bring brewed in Minnesota.

It's just an average beer. Nothing special about it. First taste wasn't the best but then just tastes like what it is, a blonde ale.

Don't expect to try again.

3/24/15 (Bottle) - Yellow brown pour, medium carbonation, with minimal foam. Minimal aroma and very bland taste, mild hops and wheat. Smooth going down. Overall average offering.

Served in an Ohio State shaker pint glass.

Let's see if the Blonde can impress me where the ... naw, the Veteran is bald in my head ... failed to really do so. It pours a hazy afternoon straw topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises light hard water, light vague grain, a hint of grass, and what may or may not be a faint whisper of yeast. The taste brings in more of the same, the vagueness, lack of character, and just straight-up blandness standing as tall in the saddle as it can with those useless legs. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a wet feel. Overall, this was just a boring, bland bit of nothing. If I want to drink something with little to no flavor, I'll just drink water.

This pours a slightly hazy, yellow color with a foamy white head. The aroma is mild with the summer aroma of wheat and citrus. The taste is smooth and easy drinking. Simple grain, wheat, and citrus flavors quench the palette. Nothing special by any stretch of the imagination but it is smooth and easy to drink for a beginning beer drinker. Leaves a slight lingering dry, grain after taste.

Pours a hazy orange with a finger of foam, it sticks around for a couple minutes before dissipating after the first sip. Some minor lacing, and visible suspended micro sediment when held to the light.

Smells very faint, not much of anything to report here. Apple esters from the yeast barely surface.

Slight astringency, yeast and nondescript graininess dominate the lackluster taste. Vague aftertaste of orange candy. Feels watery and limp, seltzery carbonation, pretty dull overall. Murrrica.
