Special beer (6.6%) with ruby color and coppery highlights. White foam, compact and fluffy.
At the smell hit a strong malty scent with citrus notes (light), but also red fruit and woody; indeed, you feel a good vinous effect (but not too heavy).
The taste is very strange with notes of caramel malt prominently, but associated by a woody notes and this pseudo vinous, and even a bit of acetic acid. Although this the beer remains quite soft and full bodied. Round and full, at times it remembers some cherries in brandy. For sure not a beer for everyone, but if you grasp the peculiarities, we recommend to try it.
