A: Pours a clear ruby red color. At first a bubbly white head forms, but recedes in a second. No lace is left behind.
S: Sweet toffee and a light fruity aroma of apples and pears. Simple but it really hits the spot.
T: Again, very simple. A light sweet toffee flavor. A bit more substantial fruity flavors that follow the nose. Some dry wood as well.
M/D: A light to medium body. A little under carbonated and watery. Easy to drink. Something I can quaff several of with ease.
A very simple, but enjoyable bitter. This would be a good local standby if it was local to me. Something I would recommend if you see it.
