A: Pours a clear burnt copper color. A minimal white head forms and recedes to nothing. Light lace is left behind.
S: Fairly hop forward. Grassy, citrus, and hay. Some doughy and biscuit malt for balance.
T: Follows the nose. Hop forward with grassy, and citrus flavors. A good biscuit malt balance.
M/D: A light to medium body. A little under carbonated, but not bad. Easy to drink. I can quaff several without a problem.
Like all thier beers, very enjoyable. Simple is the name of the game, but something I would love to drink locally.
