Review of 2019 imperial stout version.
L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a medium brown color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A decent, if a little muted, aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, nuts, and coffee.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of roasted malt (present throughout; a big factor), mild coffee notes (not a big ingredient), some milk chocolate notes (could've used more), and some nuts as well (almonds, in particular). Like this aroma, the flavor's a bit underpowered. Still, it has its bright spots.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but it has some interesting qualities. Worth a try.

They call this a winter warmer. Color is dark with almost non-existent head and lacing. Spicy, malty and overall, decently balanced but a touch thin. Missing a little but I can still call it a warmer at 8.50% abv..

Poured a brown, almost black body with one finger head and a very roasted, bready aroma with hints of vanilla and ginger sweetness in aroma.
Smooth, medium bodied, a more dry, roasted malt type beer that is balanced with a spicy finish (more ginger and nutmeg than vanilla).
It is not a bad beer, and the higher ABV is not noticeable, but basically it's just a simple beer that doesn't really strike me as that flavorful.
