On tap at back bay’ farmhouse
Look: Clear caramel with a light white head.
Smell: Spicy and earthy with a caramel malt backbone.
Taste: White peppercorn, earthy bitter notes and caramel malt finish.
Feel: Quite bitter for the style. Semi sweet. No alcohol. Dry finish.
Overall: Too bitter and earthy for my taste and the caramel malt need beefed up. Not for me.

Poured a clear gold body with two finger head that sticks around. The aroma is grainy and dry like most cheap lager beers have. Dry, bitter, hoppy body with minimal malt sticky and sweetness makes for a rather boring marzen with no real hop or malt presence.
