Poured a brown body with two-finger tan head and little bit of lace. Bit of yeast in the aroma but mostly picking up dark cherries. Little bit of thickness and booziness mixes with a dark cherry and black/dark fruit flavors. Sharp crispness on finish and the yeast makes it easy to drink. Not bad but basically a two-note beer and not a good representative of the Belgian quad style.
