I don't see a date on the can.
Appearance: The body is nearly opaque, allowing fuzzy shadows through. It has a beige color with a bit of a dull orange-brown. The head is very large, white, and fluffy with large soap sud-like bubbles. Great retention and nice clumps of large lacing.
Aroma: Lemon comes through, some white pepper, bay leaf, a bit of garlic, and a ton of hop bine oil aroma.
Taste: A bit of cabbage comes through at first, then some grass. Towards the middle it gets more vegetal and grassy. Some lemon comes through at the end with a light bit of pineapple. The aftertaste is a bit minty with some lime. The finish and the aftertaste have a lot better character than the rest of the drinking experience.
Mouthfeel: It's lighter bodied and it has a slight roughness or raspiness to the texture. Mild bitterness.
Overall: It's too grassy and it has a noticeable vegetable character. Both of these take away from some of the more pleasurable lemon, pineapple, mint, and lime characters that come later. It also is a bit raspy or harsh. I probably wouldn't buy it again and it isn't a beer I'd recommend but it might be worth revisiting later to see if it improves.

Not much to criticize here. Very solid IPA. Good mix of hop ingredients. Easy drinking, yet pretty full bodied, and tasty. Very enjoyable. Lots of lemon, orange, flowers, fair amount of bitterness. Very good hazy color. Lots to like.
