Golden/amber color, white head, what there is of it.
Smell is mostly ginger, some funk, some herbaceousness. Nothing strong and the balance is solid.
Taste is ginger, some grain, light citrus (mainly lemon), sweet with a little malt floating around.
Almost medium bodied with delusions of more, the sweetness and low effervescence combine to make it drink like a ginger beer. Coats the palate pretty heavily, really sticky. Overall though, good stuff that hides the nearly 13% ABV really well.
