A glass full of honey colored nectar with a creamy (adjacent) head. Retention is very strong.
Smell is subtle but strawberry, wheat & malt notes are discernable and nicely balanced.
Taste is much stronger with the wheat, strawberry, malt and a hint of alcohol present in a nice balance.
A bit less tart that normal saisons, probably due to all the fresh Florida strawberries. Medium bodied, with a fine effervescence. Really well done, imo.
