22 oz bottle pours an opaque orange color with a modest cap of off-white head. Not much for retention or lace.
Nose is of apple strudel with some definite sour notes and some caramel malt. Interesting aroma, for sure.
Taste is sour apple pie...I dont know how else to describe it. Baked cobbler with a scoop of ice cream maybe? Unique, of that there is no doubt - I think I kinda like it though. Its not puckeringly sour, and the spices are assertive, but they somehow manage to work together fairly well. If you want something like you have never had before, give this a go.

Pours a muddy cloudy orange juice like color. This tastes like sour apple sauce. Very unique flavor profile. I'm not sure what to think of it. Don't hate it, don't necessarily like it either.

Pours a very cloudy amber color with a finger width carbonated head. Head retention is non-existent. Lacing is very mild. Has a more sour apple aroma with some spice, maybe nutmeg. Taste like a sour apple pie. The spiciness complements it well. Heavy bodied with moderate carbonation. This is really a good beer. Different from anything else I have had.

Nice beer, I just felt the spice was a little too much. The apple came through really nice and it was very drinkable. Would just like to have tasted a little less spice.

Pours a hazy golden no head to speak of, slight gathering of foam at the top. Slight sour funk with little apple/spice peaking thru. Nice tart apple taste. Reminded of cobbler, or spiced cider. Really refreshing with crisp dry finish. Another great consistent beer from this brewery
