Poured from the 500 ml bottle into the test glass,
A - Burnt umber color, steady pour yields a thin off white cap. Steady carbonation keeps the mocha ring active during the experience.
S - A bit of char, some grainy pepper, hint of milk chocolate. A lovely hop element, with earthy aromas.
T - More earthy hops, some peppery rye and roasted malt elements, less cocoa on the palate than the aromatics.
M - A medium bodied offering with a lovely dry finish
O - Lovely Porter, with easy on the palate texture. Right down the middle flavors, and nothing missing.
