Honey Bee lovin' this golden ale sweetness. It's slightly funky hut mostly filled with raw honey and a light golden ale kick. Super smooth, lively Belgian yeast, sour, then sweet funk in the finish and more honey sweetness.

Pours a light fizzy foamy head that retains fairly well, nice lacing, hazy blond color

Nose sweet blond malt, golden Belgian malt with plenty of honey, big Belgian fruit esters, tree fruit, a little boozy alcohol and phenol notes, sweet candy and candi sugar notes, a touch syrupy, nice sweet honey mixed in

Taste big Belgian characters again, lots of blonde malt, toasted sweet candy malt, candi sugar, again plenty of fruit esters, tree fruits pear apple notes, mild phenol notes as well, some alcohol warmth and flavor, mild honey but not a ton, some sweet honey and a bit syrupy, honey flavor is more on the later side but there, drier finish, drops off on the finish as well, but a bit of lingering honey and Belgian esters and phenols

Mouth is med to heavier bod, a bit syrupy, mild warming alcohol, decent fizzy carb

Overall this was a very nice beer, a nice Belgian dubbel style with some nice honey notes, this was quite tasty and I hope I can find a couple bottles to cellar. oldangelmidnight is either an idiot or created this profile and review to get back at this brewery or something, so I created a new beer since that one deserves to disappear.

It tastes and smells like a boring beer mixed with mead.
