From Carrefour Huelva. In Teku glass. Playing Millenium 2. Better than expected. Soft and refreshing, with the rum touch bothering just a bit

I don't detect any particular smell on the nose. The appereance is disapointing. The carbonation is high but disipates quickly leaving no head behind. The taste is artificially sweet that lingers covering the mouth. I enjoy the rum taste, the vanilla and the citrussy notes. The whole perseption is artificial but I think I enjoyed this beer with the pasta I ate for lunch.

Bottled and sadly clear glass
Now this was meant to be a beer flavoured with Cuban rum bit has nether rum nor beer qualities
The aroma is more like an eppervesant vitamin
The flavour is nigh on none existent
And it looks like it's already been drunk and passed back into the bottle

330ml bottle as a gift: Unbelievably clear looking, slightly amber tinged straw that looks like the beer has been diluted in water. The head is a 1cm, foamy white affair that holds better than you'd expect.
Very strong aroma that's bad with lots of skunk& off-notes filling the room with some sweetness if you really try to detect it . Some lime comes through too but these smells are soon followed by what I can only assume is rum (or rum flavouring of some sort) & it's pretty poor. The may also be some burnt sugar in there but in truth this beer smells terrible.
Taste only slightly better than it smells, & only just. Faint sweetness initially before the rum flavours & burnt sugar take over. Tonnes of skunk & off-flavours with some vanilla, corn & rubbish bitterness coming through.
Light bodied, lots of skunk with some sweetness & hints of bitterness. A lot of carbonation but isn't quite gassy or overdone & the finish is a sharp, dry one.
A horrible beer from beginning to end, this one was a hard drink to swallow and one that I couldn't finish in the end. The taste, not to mention the smell, was all over the place and ended up tasting like a chemistry experiment gone wrong.

A 330ml clear glass bottle with a BB of July 2014. Acquired a while back from a supermarket. The label describes it as a premium lager blended with Cuban rum, vanilla and orange zest. Promising....
Poured into a straight pint glass. A clear golden colour with some floating sediment and good carbonation. Forms a decent head of white foam that lasts for a few minutes before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Aroma of cloyingly sweet artificial notes with hints of vanilla, juicy fruits, a vague twinge of orange, something rum-like, sweetener, rubbing alcohol and stewed leaves. Just nasty.
Tastes of sugary artificial flavourings suspended in beer. Notes of sugar/sweetener, vanilla, a vague hint of rum, faint oak, a twinge of orange, stewed leaves and booze. Seems dry, despite the sweetness. A mild finish upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly, with prickly carbonation, a acrid sensation on the palate and a thin, watery body. Slightly astringent, followed by an aftertaste of unpleasant artificial flavours, sweetener and harsh stewed leaves/cardboard.
Appalling - just awful. Certainly one of the worst beers I've ever tried (and worse than other beers of a similar style). It looks like a regular lager, but all similarity to other beers diverge from here. The aroma and flavour are disgusting - a cloying, sweetened blend of non-descript fruity notes and vanilla. There is a hint of something resembling rum but who knows what it could be? Insipid, watery body. A travesty and a black mark against the very concept of beer. Avoid like the plague.
