This classic Pale Ale is brewed to be enjoyed while relaxing with friends or after a long workday. The name pays homage to Highland Park, the birthplace of CoStar Brewing. While not an affront of hops to the senses, the Cascade and Northern Brewers strains are detectable and enhanced by a secret blend for dry hopping. This Pale Ale pours slightly hazy and tastes well balanced of hop bitterness with a strong malt back and a hint of lemon. Weighing in at 6.2% ABV, the beer is not a one and done Ale. It is meant to be shared throughout an afternoon and enjoyed while not sending the aficionado home after two.
