Using fresh, real pumpkins in the mash and the boil along with traditional fall spices and an aggressive hops this brew is great for the crisp fall days. Not overly cloyingly sweet or cinammony, CoStar strives to achieve a real pumpkin taste, not just the pumpkin spice. The gourd is the star here and is helped out with a few of it’s secret gourdy friends. The Willamette hops assist the Pale and Special malts in achieving that crisp fall feel.
