L: slight hazed dirty yellow/copper, ΒΌ finger creamy head, low carbonation.
N: sweet pale malts with some honey, floral hop, some cracker and biscuit. Otherwise very subtle.
T: Biscuit, cracker malts, pale malts, touch of wheat, floral and bitter hop profile is there, touch of light lemon citrus.
B: medium to heavy body, touch under carbonated- could be lighter and more carbonated for style.
Overall: this beer is a solid 3 and there's nothing wrong with this. Incredibly simple beer, doesn't really make you think. Body could use some work.
