Honey-brown color with specks of coffee floating around. Head is off-white and 1/2 finger.

Aromas of equal intensity coffee and pine. Unsweetened iced tea.

Major flavors of unsweetened iced tea on the palate. To a lesser degree, equal amounts of woodsy/pine and coffee. Slight honey notes and cocoa hide behind it.

Feel is crisp and carbonated, creaminess matched equally with roastiness.

Overall, it's unlike anything I've really ever had before - it is literally the beer version of unsweetened iced tea. The Christmas tree water and the breakfast roast together...I think it'd make a good Christmas beer. Hmmm.

This is a very well crafted coffee beer, with particularly fine coffee flavors and excellent bitter-sweet balance. The aroma delivers mostly grain notes south more subtle coffee.
Medium body and carbonation.

Definitely a great beverage for summertime along the beach. Strong coffee notes are balanced with the crisp, light ale texture. Fortunately, easy to find along Florida's 30A corridor. A new favorite for us!
