Crowler purchased at the brewery yesterday.
Lighter amber, near clear, mini cap and leaves just a bit of lacing.
Perhaps a hint of chili char on the sniff.
Pleasantly crafted ale, some chili presence in the mouth, and then more chili is experienced in the back of the mouth and throat in the form of a moderate warming sensation..
Chili beers are interesting, can’t be easy to get the heat level on point and everybody has a varying opinion of what the optimal level of heat is.
This one was better then decent and worth a try.
