Clear and copper colored with a foamy tan head. The aroma is piney, spicy and floral with robust citrus intensity. The flavor is balanced with hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness. The hops provide a pleasant pine and grapefruit flavor and there is slight alcohol warmth. This beer has full body, moderate carbonation with a slightly dry finish.

Pours a clear copper with a modest, lingering head. The aroma is dominated by toasted malts and sharp hop bitterness. On the palate, it’s aggressively malt-forward with zero sweetness to soften the edges. Bitterness is high and grows harsher as the beer warms, eventually bordering on metallic.
Medium to heavy body with low carbonation. Not particularly refreshing—this one leans hard into its bold, bitter profile. True to its name, Dad Bod is burly, unapologetic, and built for those who prefer raw intensity over finesse.
